Beki is a skilled musician, with her first instrument she learnt to play being the violin. She went on to study flute at the University of Manchester, achieving her third year recital. She is skilled on the keys, flute, violin, organ, and can play the clarinet, piccolo and alto saxophone.
Beki has played in numerous concerts as part of an orchestra. She has also played Keys 2 for musicals having to use MainStage, and has the skills needed to keys conduct. She has accompanied for singers during her time at Leeds Conservatoire and during her time teaching across performing schools in Yorkshire.
